By using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"246\" data-end=\"271\">1. Service Overview<\/h3><p data-start=\"272\" data-end=\"528\">BID Runner Clarion is a <strong data-start=\"296\" data-end=\"327\">pickup and delivery service<\/strong> for MAC.BID auction items. We collect your winnings from Butler A, Butler L, and Pittsburgh Mills locations and transport them to our Clarion pickup site at <strong data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"525\">821 E Main Street, Clarion, PA 16214<\/strong>.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"560\">2. Scheduling &amp; Requests<\/h3><ul data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"803\"><li data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"645\"><p data-start=\"563\" data-end=\"645\">Pickup requests must be submitted by <strong data-start=\"600\" data-end=\"626\">11 PM the night before<\/strong> a scheduled run.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"698\"><p data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"698\">Service runs occur on <strong data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"695\">Mondays and Thursdays<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"803\"><p data-start=\"701\" data-end=\"803\">Customers must provide accurate item details and a screenshot of their MAC.BID confirmation barcode.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"805\" data-end=\"821\">3. Payment<\/h3><ul data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"1072\"><li data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"876\"><p data-start=\"824\" data-end=\"876\">An invoice will be sent after items are collected.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"931\"><p data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"931\">Payment must be made before items can be released.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"1011\"><p data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"1011\">We accept debit\/credit cards, ACH bank transfer, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1072\"><p data-start=\"1014\" data-end=\"1072\">Unpaid invoices will result in items not being released.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1074\" data-end=\"1090\">4. Pricing<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1257\"><li data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1117\"><p data-start=\"1093\" data-end=\"1117\">$15 for the first item<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1150\"><p data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1150\">$10 for each additional item<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1174\"><p data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1174\">5+ items = $10 each<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1257\"><p data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1257\">Special pricing applies in select MAC.BID sections (see FAQ page for details).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1259\" data-end=\"1284\">5. Pickup &amp; Storage<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1578\"><li data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1382\"><p data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1382\">Once delivered to Clarion, customers will receive a <strong data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1361\">one-time lock code<\/strong> for secure pickup.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1429\"><p data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1429\">Items must be picked up within <strong data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1426\">1 week<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1578\"><p data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1578\">A storage fee of <strong data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1474\">$5 per item, per week<\/strong> will apply for up to 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, items are considered abandoned and will not be refunded.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1601\">6. Restrictions<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1794\"><li data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1694\"><p data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1694\">We do not transport large appliances, furniture, exercise equipment, or oversized items.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1794\"><p data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1794\">If uncertain about an item, customers must confirm eligibility by emailing us prior to bidding.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1796\" data-end=\"1831\">7. Responsibility &amp; Liability<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"2157\"><li data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1963\"><p data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1963\">BID Runner Clarion is <strong data-start=\"1856\" data-end=\"1960\">not responsible for the condition, functionality, or completeness of items purchased through MAC.BID<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1964\" data-end=\"2034\"><p data-start=\"1966\" data-end=\"2034\">All item quality concerns must be addressed directly with MAC.BID.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2035\" data-end=\"2157\"><p data-start=\"2037\" data-end=\"2157\">Once an item is delivered to our Clarion location and the lock code has been sent, our service is considered complete.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"2159\" data-end=\"2181\">8. Communication<\/h3><ul data-start=\"2182\" data-end=\"2344\"><li data-start=\"2182\" data-end=\"2266\"><p data-start=\"2184\" data-end=\"2266\">All customer communication is handled via email: <strong data-start=\"2233\" data-end=\"2263\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2235\" data-end=\"2261\">bidrunnerclarion@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2267\" data-end=\"2344\"><p data-start=\"2269\" data-end=\"2344\">Service-related updates (invoices, lock codes) may also be sent via text.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"2346\" data-end=\"2365\">9. No Returns<\/h3><p data-start=\"2366\" data-end=\"2437\">All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2439\" data-end=\"2463\">10. Policy Updates<\/h3><p data-start=\"2464\" data-end=\"2610\">BID Runner Clarion reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
