We value your trust and want to make sure our service is clear, simple, and transparent. Please review the following policies and terms before using our service.<\/p><hr data-start=\"494\" data-end=\"497\" \/><h2 data-start=\"499\" data-end=\"519\">Shipping Policy<\/h2><p data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"644\">At BID Runner Clarion, we do not offer shipping services.<br data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"580\" \/>All items must be picked up in person at our Clarion location:<\/p><p data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"688\"><strong data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"686\">821 E Main Street, Clarion, PA 16214<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"859\">We specialize in local pickup only. After we\u2019ve collected your winning items from Butler or Pittsburgh Mills, you\u2019ll receive a one-time lock code to access your order.<\/p><ul data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"1043\"><li data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"913\"><p data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"913\">We do not arrange or cover third-party shipping.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"982\"><p data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"982\">Items must be picked up within <strong data-start=\"947\" data-end=\"957\">1 week<\/strong> to avoid storage fees.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1043\"><p data-start=\"985\" data-end=\"1043\">After 4 weeks, unclaimed items are considered abandoned.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1048\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1069\">Privacy Policy<\/h2><p data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1099\">Your privacy matters to us.<\/p><p data-start=\"1101\" data-end=\"1123\"><strong data-start=\"1101\" data-end=\"1121\">What we collect:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1321\"><li data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1171\"><p data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1171\">Contact details (name, email, phone number)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1210\"><p data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1210\">Winning bid information for pickup<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1211\" data-end=\"1321\"><p data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1321\">Payment information (processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store card or banking details)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1323\" data-end=\"1357\"><strong data-start=\"1323\" data-end=\"1355\">How we use your information:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1480\"><li data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1393\"><p data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1393\">To process pickups and invoices<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1430\"><p data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1430\">To communicate about your orders<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1480\"><p data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1480\">To send secure lock codes for item collection<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1584\">We will never sell or share your personal information with outside companies for marketing purposes.<\/p><p data-start=\"1586\" data-end=\"1719\"><strong data-start=\"1586\" data-end=\"1604\">Communication:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1607\" \/>We use email as our main method of communication. Service-related texts may also be sent (such as lock codes).<\/p><hr data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1724\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1726\" data-end=\"1747\">No Return Policy<\/h2><p data-start=\"1748\" data-end=\"1819\">All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.<\/p><p data-start=\"1821\" data-end=\"1835\">Please note:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"2172\"><li data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"1901\"><p data-start=\"1838\" data-end=\"1901\">BID Runner Clarion is a <strong data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"1898\">pickup and delivery service only<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1902\" data-end=\"2047\"><p data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"2047\">We are <strong data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"1964\">not responsible for the condition or completeness<\/strong> of MAC.BID purchases. All item concerns must be addressed with MAC.BID directly.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2048\" data-end=\"2172\"><p data-start=\"2050\" data-end=\"2172\">Once items are delivered to our Clarion location and the lock code has been issued, our service is considered fulfilled.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2174\" data-end=\"2177\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2179\" data-end=\"2200\">Terms of Service<\/h2><h3 data-start=\"2202\" data-end=\"2224\">Service Overview<\/h3><p data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2389\">We provide local pickup service for MAC.BID auction items from Butler A, Butler L, and Pittsburgh Mills, returning them to Clarion for convenient customer pickup.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2391\" data-end=\"2418\">Scheduling &amp; Requests<\/h3><ul data-start=\"2419\" data-end=\"2637\"><li data-start=\"2419\" data-end=\"2493\"><p data-start=\"2421\" data-end=\"2493\">Pickup requests must be submitted by <strong data-start=\"2458\" data-end=\"2484\">11 PM the night before<\/strong> a run.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2494\" data-end=\"2546\"><p data-start=\"2496\" data-end=\"2546\">Service runs occur on <strong data-start=\"2518\" data-end=\"2543\">Mondays and Thursdays<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2547\" data-end=\"2637\"><p data-start=\"2549\" data-end=\"2637\">Customers must provide correct item details and a screenshot of their MAC.BID barcode.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"2639\" data-end=\"2652\">Payment<\/h3><ul data-start=\"2653\" data-end=\"2828\"><li data-start=\"2653\" data-end=\"2701\"><p data-start=\"2655\" data-end=\"2701\">Invoices are sent after items are collected.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2702\" data-end=\"2740\"><p data-start=\"2704\" data-end=\"2740\">Payment is required before pickup.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2741\" data-end=\"2828\"><p data-start=\"2743\" data-end=\"2828\">Accepted methods: debit\/credit cards, ACH bank transfer, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"2830\" data-end=\"2843\">Pricing<\/h3><ul data-start=\"2844\" data-end=\"2998\"><li data-start=\"2844\" data-end=\"2870\"><p data-start=\"2846\" data-end=\"2870\">$15 for the first item<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2871\" data-end=\"2903\"><p data-start=\"2873\" data-end=\"2903\">$10 for each additional item<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2904\" data-end=\"2927\"><p data-start=\"2906\" data-end=\"2927\">5+ items = $10 each<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2928\" data-end=\"2998\"><p data-start=\"2930\" data-end=\"2998\">Special discounts apply to select MAC.BID sections (see FAQ page).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"3000\" data-end=\"3022\">Pickup &amp; Storage<\/h3><ul data-start=\"3023\" data-end=\"3227\"><li data-start=\"3023\" data-end=\"3084\"><p data-start=\"3025\" data-end=\"3084\">Customers receive a one-time lock code for secure pickup.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3085\" data-end=\"3131\"><p data-start=\"3087\" data-end=\"3131\">Items must be picked up within <strong data-start=\"3118\" data-end=\"3128\">1 week<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3132\" data-end=\"3227\"><p data-start=\"3134\" data-end=\"3227\">Storage fee: <strong data-start=\"3147\" data-end=\"3172\">$5 per item, per week<\/strong> (up to 4 weeks). After 4 weeks, items are abandoned.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"3229\" data-end=\"3247\">Restrictions<\/h3><ul data-start=\"3248\" data-end=\"3394\"><li data-start=\"3248\" data-end=\"3340\"><p data-start=\"3250\" data-end=\"3340\">We do not transport large appliances, furniture, exercise equipment, or oversized items.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3341\" data-end=\"3394\"><p data-start=\"3343\" data-end=\"3394\">If unsure, customers must confirm before bidding.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"3396\" data-end=\"3428\">Responsibility &amp; Liability<\/h3><ul data-start=\"3429\" data-end=\"3643\"><li data-start=\"3429\" data-end=\"3536\"><p data-start=\"3431\" data-end=\"3536\">We are not responsible for item quality or functionality\u2014those concerns must be addressed with MAC.BID.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3537\" data-end=\"3643\"><p data-start=\"3539\" data-end=\"3643\">Once items are delivered to our Clarion location and the lock code is issued, our responsibility ends.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"3645\" data-end=\"3664\">Communication<\/h3><ul data-start=\"3665\" data-end=\"3793\"><li data-start=\"3665\" data-end=\"3739\"><p data-start=\"3667\" data-end=\"3739\">All inquiries are handled via email at <strong data-start=\"3706\" data-end=\"3736\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3708\" data-end=\"3734\">bidrunnerclarion@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3740\" data-end=\"3793\"><p data-start=\"3742\" data-end=\"3793\">Customers may also receive service-related texts.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"3795\" data-end=\"3811\">No Returns<\/h3><p data-start=\"3812\" data-end=\"3885\">All services are final.
