Terms of Service

Welcome to BID Runner Clarion. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

BID Runner Clarion is a pickup and delivery service for MAC.BID auction items. We collect your winnings from Butler A, Butler L, and Pittsburgh Mills locations and transport them to our Clarion pickup site at 821 E Main Street, Clarion, PA 16214.

2. Scheduling & Requests

  • Pickup requests must be submitted by 11 PM the night before a scheduled run.

  • Service runs occur on Mondays and Thursdays.

  • Customers must provide accurate item details and a screenshot of their MAC.BID confirmation barcode.

3. Payment

  • An invoice will be sent after items are collected.

  • Payment must be made before items can be released.

  • We accept debit/credit cards, ACH bank transfer, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • Unpaid invoices will result in items not being released.

4. Pricing

  • $15 for the first item

  • $10 for each additional item

  • 5+ items = $10 each

  • Special pricing applies in select MAC.BID sections (see FAQ page for details).

5. Pickup & Storage

  • Once delivered to Clarion, customers will receive a one-time lock code for secure pickup.

  • Items must be picked up within 1 week.

  • A storage fee of $5 per item, per week will apply for up to 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, items are considered abandoned and will not be refunded.

6. Restrictions

  • We do not transport large appliances, furniture, exercise equipment, or oversized items.

  • If uncertain about an item, customers must confirm eligibility by emailing us prior to bidding.

7. Responsibility & Liability

  • BID Runner Clarion is not responsible for the condition, functionality, or completeness of items purchased through MAC.BID.

  • All item quality concerns must be addressed directly with MAC.BID.

  • Once an item is delivered to our Clarion location and the lock code has been sent, our service is considered complete.

8. Communication

  • All customer communication is handled via email: bidrunnerclarion@gmail.com.

  • Service-related updates (invoices, lock codes) may also be sent via text.

9. No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

10. Policy Updates

BID Runner Clarion reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised date.
