At BID Runner Clarion, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once items have been picked up.

Please note:

• • • We are a pickup and delivery service only. We collect your winning MAC.BID items and bring them to Clarion for your convenience.

    • We are not responsible for the condition, functionality, or completeness of items purchased through MAC.BID. All concerns about product quality must be directed to MAC.BID directly.

    • Once your items are delivered to our Clarion location and your lock code has been sent, the order is considered fulfilled.

We appreciate your understanding as we keep our service simple, affordable, and focused on reliable pickups.
