Welcome to BID Runner Clarion. We value your trust and want to make sure our service is clear, simple, and transparent. Please review the following policies and terms before using our service.


Shipping Policy

At BID Runner Clarion, we do not offer shipping services.
All items must be picked up in person at our Clarion location:

821 E Main Street, Clarion, PA 16214

We specialize in local pickup only. After we’ve collected your winning items from Butler or Pittsburgh Mills, you’ll receive a one-time lock code to access your order.

  • We do not arrange or cover third-party shipping.

  • Items must be picked up within 1 week to avoid storage fees.

  • After 4 weeks, unclaimed items are considered abandoned.


Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us.

What we collect:

  • Contact details (name, email, phone number)

  • Winning bid information for pickup

  • Payment information (processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store card or banking details)

How we use your information:

  • To process pickups and invoices

  • To communicate about your orders

  • To send secure lock codes for item collection

We will never sell or share your personal information with outside companies for marketing purposes.

Communication:
We use email as our main method of communication. Service-related texts may also be sent (such as lock codes).


No Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please note:

  • BID Runner Clarion is a pickup and delivery service only.

  • We are not responsible for the condition or completeness of MAC.BID purchases. All item concerns must be addressed with MAC.BID directly.

  • Once items are delivered to our Clarion location and the lock code has been issued, our service is considered fulfilled.


Terms of Service

Service Overview

We provide local pickup service for MAC.BID auction items from Butler A, Butler L, and Pittsburgh Mills, returning them to Clarion for convenient customer pickup.

Scheduling & Requests

  • Pickup requests must be submitted by 11 PM the night before a run.

  • Service runs occur on Mondays and Thursdays.

  • Customers must provide correct item details and a screenshot of their MAC.BID barcode.

Payment

  • Invoices are sent after items are collected.

  • Payment is required before pickup.

  • Accepted methods: debit/credit cards, ACH bank transfer, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Pricing

  • $15 for the first item

  • $10 for each additional item

  • 5+ items = $10 each

  • Special discounts apply to select MAC.BID sections (see FAQ page).

Pickup & Storage

  • Customers receive a one-time lock code for secure pickup.

  • Items must be picked up within 1 week.

  • Storage fee: $5 per item, per week (up to 4 weeks). After 4 weeks, items are abandoned.

Restrictions

  • We do not transport large appliances, furniture, exercise equipment, or oversized items.

  • If unsure, customers must confirm before bidding.

Responsibility & Liability

  • We are not responsible for item quality or functionality—those concerns must be addressed with MAC.BID.

  • Once items are delivered to our Clarion location and the lock code is issued, our responsibility ends.

Communication

No Returns

All services are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.

Updates

These policies and terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
