BID Runner Clarion – FAQs
📍 Where do I pick up my items?
All pickups are at 821 E Main Street, Clarion, PA 16214.

🚚 Which MAC.BID locations do you service?
We run to Butler A, Butler L, and Pittsburgh Mills every Monday and Thursday.
❓How does the service work?
Fill out our pickup form with your winning bid details and attach a screenshot of your MAC.BID confirmation barcode.
After we collect your items, we’ll send an invoice by text or email.
Pay easily with debit/credit card, ACH bank transfer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Once delivered to Clarion, you’ll receive a one-time lock code for secure pickup.
💲 How much does it cost?
$15 for your first item
$10 for each additional item
Bulk savings: 5+ items = $10 each
Special savings: $5 per item or 3 for $10 in select sections
(Butler A: BT-R 1-130 & HV | Pittsburgh Mills: MID-PM, NORTHBID, CHECKOUT)
📏 Are there size or item restrictions?
Yes. We do not transport large appliances, furniture, exercise equipment, or oversized items. If you’re unsure, please email us before bidding.
⏰ When do I need to submit a request?
Pickup requests must be submitted by 11 PM the night before your run.
📦 How long do I have to pick up my items?
Please pick up within one week.
After 1 week: $5 per item, per week (up to 4 weeks).
After 4 weeks: items are considered abandoned.
